- 6 qt. popcorn, popped
- 1 c. peanuts
- 2 c. light brown sugar
- 1 c. butter or 1/2 butter and 1/2 margarine
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt in pan.

2Boil and cook 5 minutes (candy thermometer, 250°) and add vanilla.

3Pour over popcorn and mix well. Bake in a 225° oven for 1 hour, stirring at 15 minute intervals.
