- 6 qt. popped corn
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/2 c. syrup
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1/2 tsp. soda
Directions

1Combine brown sugar, cream of tartar, syrup and oleo together. Boil for 5 minutes.

2Add baking soda.

3After foaming stops, pour over popcorn and mix.

4Pour onto 2 cookie sheets; press down. Bake at 200° for 1 hour.

5Store in tightly covered container. Makes 6 quarts.
