- 8 qt. popped popcorn
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- dash of cream of tartar
Directions

1Heat to boiling all ingredients except popped corn.

2Stir constantly.

3Put popped corn in 2 pans and pour 1/2 caramel mixture over each.

4Bake at 250° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

5Stir every 15 minutes.
