- 7 qt. popped popcorn
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. oleo
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. white syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. raw Spanish peanuts
Directions

1Pop popcorn and remove unpopped corn.

2Mix brown sugar, syrup, salt and oleo.

3Boil 5 minutes, then remove from heat.

4Add vanilla and soda and stir quickly.

5Pour over popcorn and mix well.

6Put in cake pans and bake at 250° for 1 hour.

7Stir 2 or 3 times.

8When cool, store in airtight container.

9May add raw Spanish peanuts before baking, if desired.
