- 1 c. margarine
- 2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Karo syrup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 6 qt. popped corn (should be warm)
Directions

1Melt butter; add brown sugar, corn syrup and salt.

2Bring to a boil.

3After syrup starts boiling, boil for 5 minutes, without stirring.

4Remove from stove and add baking soda and vanilla. Pour syrup over popcorn, mixing well.

5Bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
