  • 1 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. white corn syrup
  • 3/4 c. unpopped popcorn

Directions

    Pop popcorn and remove all unpopped kernels.

    In saucepan, combine sugar, butter and corn syrup.

    Boil over medium heat until temperature on candy thermometer reaches 330°, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.

    Remove from heat when temperature is 330°. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla.

    Pour over popcorn in large bowl. Stir until corn is well coated.

    Spread corn onto counter and cool.

    Break apart pieces when completely cool.
