Ingredients

  • 1/2 pint chicken livers organic, chopped, make sure it's organic!
  • 1/2 pound andouille sausage chopped
  • 1 pint whole wheat elbows cooked
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 3/4 cups marinara sauce Vodka garlic
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 vidalia onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pizza dough small, ball

    Heat butter in large skillet

    Saute both onions until translucent

    Add chicken livers and sausage and saute until brown

    Slowly add beef broth, 1/4 at a time and let boil, then reduce heat

    Let simmer for about 20-25 minutes until meats are cooked and tender Add beef broth as necessary

    Add cooked elbow pasta and marinara sauce and combine well, heat for a few minutes

    Pour meat and pasta mixture into Dutch oven

    Cover with a thinly-rolled pizza dough and brush with olive oil

    Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes until dough brown
