- 6 qt. popcorn
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1 c. margarine or butter
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1In a large saucepan, combine brown sugar, syrup, margarine, salt and cream of tartar.

2Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add soda.

3Mix well and pour over popcorn. Mix the sauce real well with the popcorn.

4Place on 2 greased cookie sheets; put in a preheated oven.

5Bake at 200° for 1 hour.
