  • 4 qt. popped corn
  • 2 c. nuts
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. oleo
  • 2/3 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. soda

Directions

    Mix sugar, oleo and syrup.

    Stir over heat until it boils. When it boils, cook 5 minutes without stirring.

    Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and soda.

    Pour over corn.

    Bake in oven for 1 hour at 250°, stirring every 15 minutes.

    Cool.

    Store in tight container.
