- 6 qt. popped corn
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 sticks margarine
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. light Karo syrup
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Bring brown sugar, syrup, cream of tartar, salt and margarine to boil.

2Boil 5 minutes.

3Remove from heat; add soda and vanilla and beat down.

4Pour over popped corn and stir to coat corn. Place on cookie sheet.

5Bake at 200° for 1 hour.

6Stir every 15 minutes.
