- 1 c. oleo
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. corn syrup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 6 qt. popped corn
- 1 c. peanuts
Directions

1Melt oleo into saucepan.

2Add sugar, syrup and salt.

3Bring to boil, stirring constantly.

4Boil 5 minutes without stirring. Remove from the heat.

5Add soda and vanilla.

6Pour over popcorn and peanuts.

7Mix well and bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

8Pour out onto waxed paper or cookie sheets and cool completely.

9When cool, break apart and store in covered container.
