  • 1 gal. popped popcorn
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Combine in saucepan:

    butter, corn syrup and brown sugar.

    Boil 5 minutes.

    Add vanilla and baking soda.

    Stir to mix well.

    Place popcorn in deep baking pan and pour syrup over it.

    Bake 1 hour at 250°, stirring every 15 minutes.
