- 8 qt. popped corn
- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white corn syrup
- 1 tsp. maple flavoring
- pinch of cream of tartar (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. pecans
- 1 c. peanuts
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Pop corn and put in a large pan.

2Boil butter, sugar, corn syrup, flavorings, salt, pecans and peanuts for 5 minutes.

3Remove from heat and add the soda and cream of tartar.

4Stir and pour over the popped corn.

5Mix well and spread on jelly roll pans. Bake at 225° for 1 hour.

6Stir frequently during baking.

7Remove corn and nuts from pans onto waxed paper and separate each piece. Allow to cool completely before storing in airtight containers.
