- 1 c. light or dark sugar
- 1/4 c. white corn syrup
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 3 qt. popped popcorn
Directions

1Combine sugar, corn syrup and oleo in 4-cup glass microwave container.

2Place in microwave and bring to full boil (full power 2 to 4 minutes).

3Stir in soda and salt.

4Spray grocery bag with Pam and put in 3 quarts popped corn.

5Pour syrup mixture over corn in bag.

6Place in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes on High power.

7Shake bag another 1 1/2 minutes on High power.

8Shake bag another 1/2 minute on High power.

9Shake bag another 1/2 minute on High power. Shake bag.

10Spread on cookie sheet to cool.
