- 1/4 c. white corn syrup
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 to 3 qt. popped corn
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Combine the first four ingredients and cook on Full power for 4 minutes, stirring twice.

2Remove from oven and add soda and vanilla.

3Place popped corn in large grocery bag, preferably a double bag.

4Pour caramel over the corn and mix with a wooden spoon to coat.

5Cook on Full power 1 1/2 minutes more, shaking bag and turning it every 30 seconds.

6Pour out of bag and cool.
