- 12 liter milk
- 34 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla custard powder
- 250 ml cream
Directions

1Melt sugar in a sauce pan on low flame until completely dissolved, keep stirring.

2Remove pan from stove and add half of the milk.

3Bring caramel and milk mixture to boil.

4Dissolve custard powder in remaining milk and add to boiling mixture.

5Cook for 5 minutes on low flame or until custard become thick (also see custard's packet for instructions).

6Keep custard mixture aside to cool down.

7Mix cream well and serve when chilled.
