  • 3/4 c. sugar, caramelized
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 14 oz. milk

Directions

    Caramelize sugar over medium heat.

    Pour into Pyrex pie pan and tip quickly to coat bottom.

    Blend rest of ingredients in blender for 7 minutes and pour over caramelized sugar.

    Place pan in 1/2-inch water bath and bake at 350° for 70 minutes.

    Invert to serve.
