- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
- 1 stick butter
- 1 jar caramel topping
- 1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 2 graham cracker pie crusts
Directions

1In a skillet, brown pecans, coconut and butter; set aside. Blend cream cheese and Eagle Brand milk.

2In a 9 x 13-inch dish crumble graham cracker crust.

3After blending cream cheese and Eagle Brand milk, add Cool Whip.

4Layer on top of crust with 1/2 of Cool Whip mixture.

5Sprinkle 1/2 of the pecans and coconut. Then pour 1/2 of the caramel topping on the crust.

6Then repeat for other crust.

7Keep refrigerated.
