- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1In saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter or margarine, cream and vanilla, stirring constantly.

2Boil 3 minutes.

3Remove from heat and cool.

4Beat until spreading consistency.

5Icing stays moist on cake for several days and does not form a crust like may cooked icings do!
