- 1 (14 oz.) pkg. light caramels
- 1/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions

1In saucepan, combine caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Cook and stir until caramels are melted.

2Set aside.

3In large bowl, combine cake mix, butter, 1/3 cup evaporated milk and nuts. Stir by hand until dough holds together.
