- 12 c. popped corn (1/2 c. raw)
- 3 c. nuts
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Divide popcorn and nuts between 2 ungreased pans (13 x 9 x 2-inch).

2Cook brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until bubbly around edges. Continue cooking 5 minutes.

3Remove from heat.

4Stir in baking soda until foamy.

5Pour over popcorn and nuts; stir until well coated.

6Bake, uncovered, in a 200° oven for 1 hour; stir every 15 minutes.
