  • 1 uncooked pie crust
  • 1/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
  • 2 eggs (unbeaten)
  • 1/2 c. maple flavored corn syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. vinegar

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°. Line pie crust with chopped pecans. Combine all other ingredients and pour over nuts. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 300° and continue baking for 30 minutes.
