  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 2 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 baked pie shell

    Combine flour with 1 1/4 cups sugar.

    Beat egg yolks and gradually add milk.

    Cook on medium heat until thoroughly heated.

    Caramelize 3/4 cup sugar in iron skillet.
