- 4 qt. popped corn
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. light Karo corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Place popped corn in a large roasting or baking pan and set aside.

2Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, margarine and salt in a saucepan.

3Stirring constantly, bring to a boil and boil 4 minutes.

4Remove from heat; stir in baking soda and vanilla.

5Pour over popped corn; toss to coat well .

6Bake at 250° for 50 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

7Cool, break apart and store in an airtight container.
