  • 6 qt. popcorn, popped
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 c. light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. light Karo
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Melt butter, sugar and Karo. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat. Add vanilla, baking soda and salt to butter mixture. Spray a roasting pan with Pam and put popcorn in.

    Pour mixture over popcorn and bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

    Cool and break apart.
