- 2 gal. popped corn
- 1 c. peanuts (if desired)
- 1 box light brown sugar
- 1 c. white Karo syrup
- 2 sticks butter
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine in saucepan brown sugar, Karo and butter.

2Bring to boil and cook for 5 minutes.

3Add soda and vanilla.

4Pour over popped corn in large baking dish (or 2 long pans) and bake at 250° for 30 to 45 minutes.

5Stir every 10 to 15 minutes.

6Spread on wax paper to cool.

7Store in covered container.
