- 6 qt. popped corn
- 2 1/2 c. light brown sugar
- 2 sticks margarine
- 3/4 c. white Karo
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Boil brown sugar, Karo and margarine for 5 minutes in iron skillet or heavy pot.

2Add soda, stirring.

3Put popped corn in roaster and pour mixture over, stirring lightly.

4Roast for 1 hour at 250°, stirring every 15 minutes.

5Popcorn breaks apart easily when cool.
