- 200g NABISCO* Chips Ahoy! Cookies, crushed
- 70g butter, melted
- 395g can sweetened condensed milk
- 30g butter, extra
- 2 tablespoons golden syrup
- 150g TOBLERONE* Dark Chocolate, melted
- 20g butter, extra, melted
Directions

1Combine the cookie crumbs and butter in a bowl.

2Press mixture into the base of a greased and lined 20cm square tin.

3Chill.

4Place condensed milk, extra butter and golden syrup in a saucepan and stir continuously over a medium-low heat for 10-15 minutes or until caramel darkens.

5Pour over the prepared crust and bake at 180C for 10 minutes.

6Allow to cool.

7Combine the melted chocolate and remaining butter until smooth.

8Pour over cooled caramel and refrigerate until set.

9Cut into slices and serve.
