  • 200g NABISCO* Chips Ahoy! Cookies, crushed
  • 70g butter, melted
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 30g butter, extra
  • 2 tablespoons golden syrup
  • 150g TOBLERONE* Dark Chocolate, melted
  • 20g butter, extra, melted

Directions

    Combine the cookie crumbs and butter in a bowl.

    Press mixture into the base of a greased and lined 20cm square tin.

    Chill.

    Place condensed milk, extra butter and golden syrup in a saucepan and stir continuously over a medium-low heat for 10-15 minutes or until caramel darkens.

    Pour over the prepared crust and bake at 180C for 10 minutes.

    Allow to cool.

    Combine the melted chocolate and remaining butter until smooth.

    Pour over cooled caramel and refrigerate until set.

    Cut into slices and serve.
