- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. cream
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. coconut (optional)
Directions

1Combine butter and cream in small mixing bowl.

2Microwave at Medium 1 1/4 to 3 minutes or until butter is melted.

3Stir in brown sugar, nuts and/or coconut. Spread carefully on warm cake. Microwave on High 2 to 3 minutes or until topping bubbles in a few spots.

4Use as frosting on Oatmeal Cake.
