- 2 c. diced Granny Smith apples
- 1/2 c. apple juice
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet, medium heat.

2Add apples and cook.

3Stir until golden, about 8 to 12 minutes.

4Stir in cider, lemon juice and cinnamon and bring to a boil.

5Makes 2 cups.
