Caramelized Figs & Yogurt

- 5 Fresh Figs, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon Butter or Coconut Oil
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar, Maple Syrup, or Honey
- pinch Salt
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1-2 tablespoons Cocoa Nibs
Directions

1Thinly slice figs and set aside.

2Place a small nonstick skillet on medium low heat. Then add butter, brown sugar, and salt and mix together as the butter melts.

3Once the mixture is bubbling up a bit, place the sliced figs into the pan, letting them cook for about 1 minute.

4Flip each slice and cook the other half for about 30 seconds. Pour figs and their juices into a bow and let cool for a few minutes.

5Divide the caramelized figs and their juices between two servings of yogurt and sprinkle with cocoa nibs.
