- 1 lb turnip greens
- 1 lb mustard greens
- 1 lb collard greens
- 1 tsp grains of paradise
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup packed jaggery
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 cup white wine your choice
- 2 liter water
- 1 cup leeks with flowers
Directions

1Put half the salt in a pot add water bring to boil add spices and jaggery while this is happening look your greens and tops its a vegetarian dish so look for anything that would change its status also take out yellow or bad leaves remove stems
