  • 5 tops of carrots
  • 3 tops of beets
  • 5 tops of radishes
  • 1 lb turnip greens
  • 1 lb mustard greens
  • 1 lb collard greens
  • 1 tsp grains of paradise
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup packed jaggery
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup white wine your choice
  • 2 liter water
  • 1 cup leeks with flowers

    Put half the salt in a pot add water bring to boil add spices and jaggery while this is happening look your greens and tops its a vegetarian dish so look for anything that would change its status also take out yellow or bad leaves remove stems

    Add your carrot beet radish tops to bring back to boil add leeks

    Add collard greens add salt vinegar and wine cover boil for an hour till tender
