- 1 3/4 c. corn syrup
- 1 c. butter or butter substitute
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- few grains salt
Directions

1Boil all together except the nuts and 1 cup cream.

2Boil 30 minutes.

3Add the second cup of cream and boil to a firm ball stage (248°).

4Add nuts and pour without stirring into well buttered pan.

5When cold, cut in squares.

6Wrap each square in waxed paper.
