  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. white Karo syrup
  • 1 stick butter (not oleo)
  • 2 (1/2 pt.) cartons whipping cream

Directions

    Bring all ingredients except 1 of the cartons of whipping cream to a boil and gradually stir in the remaining 1/2 pint whipping cream.

    Cook to hard ball (250°) stage and pour into greased pan. Let cool; cut into squares and wrap in waxed paper.
