  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. half and half
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. white corn syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. butter

Directions

    Cook slowly to 248° or a hard ball forms in cold water when a drop is added.

    Pour caramel mixture into well-greased 8 x 8-inch pan.

    Let cool until set. Remove from pan and cut into squares. Wrap pieces in wax paper.
