  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. cream
  • 1 c. butter

Directions

    Bring sugar, 1 cup cream and corn syrup to a boil, stirring constantly. Add the rest of the cream. Boil until 240° to 250°. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Cool. Cut and roll in wax paper.
