- 2 large eggs (seperated)
- 2 slice butter
- 1 sugar (optional)
Directions

1In a small bowl, beat 2 egg whites with an electric mixer until stiff peaks appear, and set aside.

2In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

3Beat egg yolks, sugar, into the cream cheese.

4Gradually fold in the egg whites.

5Heat a large skillet, and grease lightly with butter.

6pour in a little of the pancake batter, and flip until golden Brown, don't rush.

7Can be served with butter, fruits, jam, whipped cream, honey, or syrup.
