  • 4 oz cream cheese (room temp)
  • 2 large eggs (seperated)
  • 2 slice butter
  • 1 sugar (optional)

Directions

    In a small bowl, beat 2 egg whites with an electric mixer until stiff peaks appear, and set aside.

    In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

    Beat egg yolks, sugar, into the cream cheese.

    Gradually fold in the egg whites.

    Heat a large skillet, and grease lightly with butter.

    pour in a little of the pancake batter, and flip until golden Brown, don't rush.

    Can be served with butter, fruits, jam, whipped cream, honey, or syrup.
