- 3 1/2 ounces bacon strips
- 9/16 pound linguine
- 2 eggs
- 5/8 cup cream
- 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated
- salt
- ground black pepper
Directions

1Fry the bacon in a non-stick skillet without any fat, until it's crispy.

2Drain on paper towels.

3In a pan, cook the pasta in boiling water seasoned with salt.

4Drain, rinse in cold water, drain again and put back in the pan.

5In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the cream and cheese, then add the bacon.

6Pour this mixture into the pasta, mixing well.

7Turn on low heat, and simmer enough to cook the eggs.

8Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

9Serve hot.
