- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 c. cooked ham
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 2 large egg yolks
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 lb. cooked spaghetti
Directions

1Melt butter, add ham and 3 quarters of cream.

2Cook over low heat until cream has thickened or cooked down some.

3Blend rest of cream with egg yolks.

4Add that to hot mixture (mix a little hot cream with cold before pouring it all together).

5Stir 1/2 minute over low heat.

6Add a little salt and pepper.

7Mix in with spaghetti and toss it!
