- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. crushed cardamon seed
- 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Melt butter or margarine in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in cardamon seed, vinegar and sugar.

2Strain the sauce, if desired.

3Good on beets, whole kernel corn and carrots.
