  • 1 can evaporated milk (12 oz.)
  • 1 can condensed milk (14 oz.)
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    In blender, mix evaporated milk, condensed milk, 4 whole eggs, 2 yolks and vanilla.

    Blend.

    Take sugar and caramelize (in mold) in oven at 350° until golden brown.

    Cover all sides of mold with sugar.

    Pour mixture into mold.

    Bake in oven at 350° in bain-marie for 1 hour until firm.

    To remove, replace bain-marie with cool water.

    Let set until warm, then flip onto dish and refrigerate.
