  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
  • 1 3/4 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
  • 2 tsp. golden rum

Directions

    In medium saucepan, combine sugar and cocoa; stir in water. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a boil; simmer 3 minutes.

    Cool to room temperature; stir in concentrate and rum.

    Chill.

    Pour chilled mixture into 1-quart container.

    Freeze.
