- 1/8 tsp. ground allspice
- 1 lb. diced pork tenderloin or chicken
- 1 1/2 tsp. oil
Directions

1Combine all ingredients and toss well to coat.

2Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.

3Add pork mixture and saute for 4 minutes or until done.

4Serve with rice and vegetables or in vegetable stir-fry and with warm rolls.
