  • 1 unbaked pie shell ( I made my own)
  • 6 cup sliced Apples
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 6 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees .

    Peel, core, slice apples.combine the apples, br.

    Sugar, corn starch, cinnamon.

    Place in crust.

    Combine all the Topping ings.

    With your fingers until crumbly.

    Sprinkles crumbs on top.

    Bake 45 minutes.

    Watch the top uf it gets to Brown throw a piece of foil on top.check to make sure apples are tender.

    Combine the sugar , corn syrup in a sausepan .

    I used a non stick one.

    Cook stirring until a deep amber color.

    Remove from heat add butter, cream , vanilla one at a time.
