  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 115 grams brown sugar
  • 4 large pounded garlic
  • 4 small shallot or onion
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 large salmon fish head or any fish fillet

Directions

    pan fried or grill or broil the salmon or fish

    With oil sautee pounded garlic and onion paste till fragrant then add dark soy sauce ,fish sauce and sugar with lime juice and stir vigorously to mix

    immediately mix over cooked salmon or fish and coat well and serve hot
