- onions, diced
- 1 tsp. flour
- canned, peeled tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
- cuminos to taste
- garlic powder to taste
Directions

1Fry steak in 1 tablespoon of grease until brown.

2Fry onions now, too.

3Add flour to meat and brown.

4Add 1/2 can of peeled tomatoes and 1 to 2 cups of water for gravy.

5Add salt, pepper, cuminos and garlic powder to taste.

6Cover and simmer until gravy is desired thickness.
