- 1 garlic clove
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 small chopped pepper
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. comino
Directions

1Cut steak into small pieces.

2Trim all fat.

3Brown steak until well done.

4Add salt and pepper to taste.

5Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

6Add pepper(s) and onion.

7Saute.

8In a separate skillet, brown flour and add water to form gravy.

9Pour over meat.

10Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.

11Serve with refried pinto beans, Spanish rice and flour tortillas.
