- 6 (10 inch) flour tortillas
- 1 lb beef flank steak (cut into thin strips)
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 14-12 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 2 -3 minced garlic cloves
- 2 medium baking potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 34 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- salsa
Directions

1Heat tortillas as package indicates.

2In a medium bowl, combine steak, Worcestershire, hot pepper sauce and garlic.

3Mix well.

4Heat a non stick dutch oven on medium high till hot.

5Add the meat mixture and cook and stir for 3 to 4 minutes until browned.

6Add potatoes and onions.

7Cook for 1 minute.

8Reduce heat; and simmer for about 12 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

9Spoon mixture evenly down the center of each warm tortilla.

10Sprinkle with cheese: roll up.

11Serve with salsa.
