  • 1 yard egg
  • 6 Tbsp. raw butter, softened
  • 1/2 c. sorghum
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1/4 c. brown rice flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 c. carob chips

    In blender, combine egg and butter.

    Blend until smooth.

    Add sweeteners and vanilla.

    In a large bowl, mix together remaining ingredients.

    Combine blender mixture with dry ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Fold in carob chips.

    Drop on cookie sheet by teaspoon. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
