- 2 lb. fresh carrots or 4 c. canned carrots
- 4 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 small carton sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
Directions

1Cook carrots until tender; drain.

2Add remaining ingredients, except onions.

3Heat gently until cheese is melted.

4Put in serving dish.

5Top with green onions.
